قصيدة للشاعر الانجليزي الشهير بايرون إذن لن نهيم معا في الدروب ونوغل في الليل حتى السحر برغم الحنين يهز الفؤاد ورغم البريق يلف القمر *** فقد أكل السيف من غمده وقد أضنت الروح صدرى الجريح فلا بد للقلب من هدأة ولا بد للحب ان يستريح *** قصير هو الليل ٠٠ ليل الغرام سريع هو الصبح .. صبح البشر ولكننا لن نجوب الدروب ونوغل تحت شعاع القمر --------- So, we ll go no more a roving So late into the night, Though the heart be still as loving, And the moon be still as bright. * For the sword outwears its sheath.
